We get feedback from three main sources, but the most important to us is the feedback we get from our learners. We also gather information on the effectiveness of our training from employer comments and case studies.
We always ask our learners to be open and honest in their feedback, this allows us to continuously improve the service we offer. The evaluation forms we collect have been collated and presented in percentage form against each question. We also include a space for general comments and some of these have been included as well.
